OG Solar Installer Network Terms of Service

1. Appointment Access
   OG Solar provides opt-in, homeowner-scheduled appointments based on location and timing.

2. Free Starter Package
   All new verified installers receive 3 free appointments to evaluate lead quality and service.

3. Bidding Structure

   • You’ll be notified via email when new bundles (typically 10 appointments) are available.

   • Bidding starts at $750. The highest bidder receives exclusive rights to the appointment set.

   • Bidding closes within 48 hours. Payment is due immediately upon winning.

4. Lead Exclusivity
   Appointments are exclusive to the winning installer and never resold or shared.

5. No Guarantee of Sales
   OG Solar guarantees the appointment, not the outcome. You are responsible for closing.

6. Compliance & Conduct
   All installers must follow federal/state contact laws (DNC rules, licensing, etc.).

7. Payment Terms
   Winning bids must be paid in full to receive appointment sets. Failure to pay results in forfeiture.

   OG Solar prohibits charging homeowners for initial consultation appointments received through our network. Installers are expected to offer these visits as complimentary estimates. Any installer found to be charging OG Solar-referred homeowners a consultation fee will be removed from the network immediately and without refund.

   This policy is in place to protect consumer trust and ensure a positive reputation for all members of the OG Solar Network.
